Job Responsibilities:
Oversees the complete service of all Lakepark Komer Copitiam.
Wears assigned uniform and presents himself/herself in a neat and hygienic manner.
Is punctual and signs time sheet when coming or going off duty.
Prepares misc en place for service, setting up the restaurant as requested by Management.
Services food and beverages in a fast, efficient, and professional manner as described in the manual.
Fulfills all side duties and cleaning jobs as requested by Management to the best of his/her ability.
Attends regular training programs held within the hotel for the betterment of his/her career.
Attends to any other duties that might be requested by Management from time to time.
May be assigned to any F&B outlets as deemed necessary by Management for the benefit of the customer.
Assists in the beverage inventory as assigned by the Captain of the day.
Serves guests in the most efficient manner in pleasant, luxurious surroundings and assists Management to achieve a profitable operation.
Stands by in case of the need for overtime priority in the outlet or others outlets, mostly in banquet functions.
Gives endless support for the department to achieve targeted revenue in their outlet.
Attends internal training conducted by the leader to sharpen knowledge and skills.
Ensures the workplace and back of house are clean and neat.
Checks assigned station and ensures tables are properly set and ready for business.
Ensures tables, chairs, and ashtrays are clean and set before guests are seated.
Complies with Employee Handbook clauses.
Relieves the waiter/waitress in their absence.
Must wear name tag and carry ID card at all times.
Familiarizes with guests other than in the line of duty.
Does not exhibit rudeness to guests.
Gives best service to guests.
Maintains a smile at all times.
Ensures compliance with the SOP in the Company.
Able to assist any other F&B department as instructed by Management.
Ensures all equipment is ready for use by guests, following Company's SOP.
