Job DescriptionTo determine the nature of the telephone calls and to clarify with the caller on the name of the consultant/doctor (where required)
To direct calls to relevant department / Medical Concierge / Telemedicine Command Centre for any medical / clinical enquiries
Respond to general enquiries from customers confidently pertaining to the hospital services and facilities
Handle irate callers professionally and courteously by helping them to resolve their issue or redirecting the calls to correct person or department
To make appointment for customer 48 hours prior of working hours
Follow all the protocol / procedure in handling all emergency situation and calls (i.e.
: attending emergency code)
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least SPM certificate
Working experience in Telecommunication background is an advantage.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and be able to make appropriate decisions in difficult situations.
Willing to work on shift basis (including night shift), weekends and Public Holiday
