Warehouse Assistant/Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and work with the team for the end-to-end warehouse processes: Stock handling, storing, and order dispatching, logistics coordination, and quality control on a timely basis.
Handle and oversee warehouse operations (inbound – receiving, outbound – packing, logistics).
Coordinate, monitor & assist in the "Pick, Pack, Ship" activities.
Oversee the warranty process flow and provide efficient and accurate oversight to warranty policy and the processing of warranty claims.
Manage logistics utilized to transport products to outlets and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and transport companies to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
Handle the operational activities of B2B & B2C order fulfillment.
Ensure warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety.
Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out and noted down accurately.
Ensure implementation & compliance of warehouse policies and procedures, including but not limited to new initiatives/procedures, as well as ensure work standards are met.
Work closely with the line manager & frontline operations to ensure smooth daily operations.
Communicate with the internal operation team on daily operation activities/issues and solve problems.
Prepare update reports for the warehouse manager.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.Minimum RequirementsMinimum SPM or above.
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse and distribution operations is an added advantage.
Hardworking, honest, with a high level of integrity.
Strong interpersonal skills.
