Warehouse Executive (Based In Kulai)

Job Description: 1. Supervise global warehouse operation such as inbound, outbound, return and inventory count.
- Inbound process: receiving photos, storing documents and updating document,
- Outbound process: preparing delivery note, storing the documents, tracking the time received by end user as per SLA requirements, updating document
- Return process: preparing return list, following up the packing progress, storing the packing photos, updating the packing list with dimension and weight, arranging the courier service for delivery
- Inventory count process: manage to arrange inventory count sheet to warehouse personnel to perform counting and do analysis after count completed
2. Assist on updating various type of warehouse management system (training will be provided)
3. Report immediately if there is any discrepancy or abnormality related inventory and warehouse matter
4. Able to work independently on dealing client 's requirement and demand
5. Excellent in coordination & coordination of international logistics/courier express
6. Other adhoc tasks assigned by superior
Job Requirement: 1. Have well knowledge on warehouse operations which are inbound process, outbound process, return process etc.
2. Preferably high discipline and self-independent
3. Good in the use of Microsoft office tools, especially MS Excel
4. Good organisational and time management skills
5. Able to communicate effectively
