Responsibilities:Coordinate daily operational activities with team members.
Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including audits, sorting, repacking, and labeling.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts.
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness while ensuring security.
Perform pickup and delivery tasks as needed.
Resolve product or service issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the company.
What you'll need:Minimum SPM qualification.
Diploma or degree preferred.
Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics is advantageous but not compulsory.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in Klang.
Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
