Warehouse Executive

The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a warehouse and oversee the daily operations. The warehouse executive will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of inventory and maintaining a safe working environment. In this role, warehouse executive will collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and efficient stock rotation. An ability to work well with a team and strong leadership skills are essential.
Responsibilities Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to support production lines. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to minimise product obsolescence.Prepare and manage materials for assembly areas, ensuring packaging sections have the necessary components promptly.Ensure production order fulfilment and update the stock through the system. In charge of weekly cycle counts and stock takes.Ensure daily cleaning activities are carried out in designated areas, and the store is fully operational in compliance with standard operating procedures.Perform any other duties or tasks superiors require to support operations. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management, particularly within the agriculture sector.Understanding of inventory control procedures and logistics.Experience with warehouse management system.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle diverse tasks.
