Warehouse Supervisor (Alcohol Factory-Non Halal)

Responsibilities and Duties: Warehouse Support:
Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse.Monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring proper stock rotation.Support order fulfilment and shipment preparation.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse space.Identifying and implementing efficient warehouse processes to optimize productivity and reduce costs.Participate and coordinate in annual stock-take activity Ensuring that warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operational.Logistics Coordination:
Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities.Communicate with transportation providers and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on status and delays.Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by immediate reporting. Qualifications & Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, etc)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.Minimum 3 years working experience in experience in warehousing.Ability to handle and heavy goods safely and confidently with forklift.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills.Eagerness to learn and grow within the role and the company. Specific Requirements (Mandatory for the role)
Effectively bilingual (English, Mandarin) for effective correspondence with mandarin-speaking internal and external stakeholders.Able to skilfully & confidently operate the forkliftAble to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks accuratelyOutgoing and possess "Can Do" attitude with good inter-personal skills.
