Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description  Position : Warehouse Supervisor 
Department : Warehouse Department, Supply Chain Division  
About the Job:- We are looking for an experienced warehouse supervisor to manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The warehouse supervisor's responsibilities include supervising employees and preparing relevant documentation. 
Main Responsibilities: - Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities, including out-bound and in-bound activities. Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity. Oversee daily operations including receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods.Maintain and monitor Inventory levels. Double check orders before delivery. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation. Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds. Liaise with other departments and coordinate with customers.  Qualifications: - At least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years' experience in warehouse. Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position. Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English, and (Cantonese - added advantage).Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software such as SAP.  Comfortable working in Alcohol Beverages Industry.
