Warehouse Team Leader

Job Description: To lead, supervise and motivate a team of warehouse employees, ensuring they perform their tasks efficiently and safely.To responsible for the Inventory Management, including tracking inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.To oversee the operations of warehousing by managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.To enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.To act as a liaison between management and warehouse staff, facilitating effective communication and addressing any issues that arise.To prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, team performance, and operational challenges to management. Job Requirement: Education: A diploma or a degree in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
