Mission Details Raw Material • Preparation of batching (raw material) according to picking list for production use which is assigned by Asst.
Warehouse Supervisor / Sr.
Warehouse Technician.
• Unpack jumbo bags from 3 layers to 2 layers per pallet for batching preparation.
• Transfer raw materials for daily batching in to designated area.
• Only one layer of pallet material is allowed to be transferred at any one time using a forklift.
• Fill in picking list with correct quantity of raw materials with SAS no.
• Repacking additive/ solvent / promoter/ oils and other raw materials as per picking list.
• Labeling repacking bottles/carboys / drums and bags with raw material code & dangerous cargo classification and NFPA label.
• Coordinate with Asst.
Warehouse Supervisor / Sr.
Warehouse Technician to ensure batch prepared for production according to picking list in order to prevent process deviation.
• Handling of daily receipt of bulk raw materials and packaging materials in Warehouse for timely distribution to production.
• Receive and inspect drums quality for production use.
Finished Goods • Transfer finished goods from production to ensure proper preservation for distribution.
• Support Sr.
Warehouse Technician to ensure prompt delivery to local and overseas customers.
• Support and assist in the outbound preparation and loading activities assigned by Sr.
Warehouse Technician.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure batch prepared for production according to picking list in order to prevent process deviation.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Ensure housekeeping inside the Warehouse and working area well maintain.
• Take reasonable care for health and safety of himself and of other persons, to cooperate with superior, to wear or use personal protective equipment provided as appropriate and to comply health and safety instruction as stipulated under Section 24 OSHA 1994 and undertake the following loss control responsibilities; 1.
Identify the potential hazards, gains and the possible improvements.

Report the HSEQ near-misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to immediate superior/HSE Manager at workplace.
3.
Report the HSEQ incident, accident to superior / HSE Manager.
4.
Compliant with the policies, legal regulations, Arkema requirements, rules and procedures of one's sector applying to HSEQ.
Required Profile • At least SPM, preferably with 2 years experience in similar environment; • Fairly good in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to drive Forklift safely • Able to loading unloading drums & bags • Able to stuffing 90drums into containers • Able to do simple calculations.
