The Job:
Assist in software system (software), system architectural design (hardware) and physical and logical database design (database).
Assist senior in coding technical solutions and debugging existing and new modules.
Code effectively and take into consideration reusability of codes using object-oriented programming.
Evaluate the system's actual functionality in relation to expected or intended functionality.
Benchmark code's performance based on CPU utilization, network utilization, IO utilization, etc.
and make changes to code.
Participate in research and development of new technologies, concepts and products.
Identify the system's deficiencies and recommend solutions to address the issues.
Actively propose new ideas, features and functionalities of existing system.
Understand and explore features and functionalities in competitors' websites and propose new ideas system.
Understand technical and functional design requirements based on business flows and processes.
The Person:
Possesses at least 2 years of professional experience in (PHP) web development.
Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap and CSS3.
Experience in developing web applications with Laravel/Lumen framework.
Knowledge of ReactJS, Elasticsearch, NodeJS & AWS will be an added advantage.
Experience in developing E-commerce related websites will be an added advantage.
Possesses strong technical and analytical knowledge in web development.
Possesses good command of English, a positive work attitude and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels.
Able to work well under pressure and accepts criticism positively.
Pleasant disposition, and possesses good interpersonal skills.
