Job Description:
IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and adaptable Web Chat Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in George Town, Penang, MY. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Strong planning and analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
