Web Chat Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and reliable Web Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Utilize negotiation skills to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Use creativity to develop solutions and improve the customer experience
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software
- Motivated and reliable with a positive attitude
- Strong negotiation skills and creativity
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
