**Position Overview:**

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- **Experience:** At least 4 years of experience in a customer service position with a focus on virtual or online communication.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using web chat platforms and CRM tools; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Personality Traits:** Energetic, dedicated, and motivated to achieve targets and continuously improve service delivery.
