As a Web Chat Specialist at Media Prima Berhad, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from your home in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. We are seeking an Associate Level professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide excellent customer service and support- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs and ensure a positive customer experience- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent communication and support for customers- Monitor web chat performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers
Requirements:- Resourceful and dedicated individual with strong communication skills- Emotional intelligence to effectively manage customer interactions and provide empathetic support- Strong presentation skills to convey information clearly and effectively- Ability to work independently and autonomously in a remote work environment- Familiarity with web chat platforms and customer service software- Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks
