Job Responsibilities:
Reporting & Following Leadership:Report directly to the team leader and follow all instructions and guidelines provided.
Adhere to all rules and safety protocols established within the weighing room.Job Allocation:Receive daily assignments and tasks from the leader, who will distribute the work as per the schedule.Proper Weighing Procedures:Accurately weigh liquid forms, allergen, and non-allergen materials in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Ensure that all weighing tasks are completed with precision and care.Material Knowledge:Familiarize yourself with each raw material, including its name, type, and characteristics.
Understand the proper techniques for untangling and opening large material packets to ensure smooth handling.Assisting with Packing:Assist packing operators by transferring weighed powder into large baskets as needed.
Ensure all powders are packed according to the correct quantity and quality standards.Raw Material Organization:Assist with organizing raw materials in the weighing room's racking system in the warehouse, ensuring the materials are stored properly and easily accessible.
Perform this task twice a week as part of routine inventory management.Handling Heavy Raw Materials:Lift and handle raw materials weighing 25kg, 40kg, or 50kg.
Ensure safe lifting techniques are followed to avoid injury.Efficient Weighing Operations:Weigh a large volume of packets (both small and large) daily, with the potential of over a hundred packets per day.
Maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency to meet daily production targets.Company Overview:
