Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a certificate/diploma in the field of welding.
Preferably with at least 1-2 years working experience as a welder.
Experience or possess knowledge in TIG/MIG/FCAW/Orbital or robotic welding.
Good team player, self-motivated, and have a good teamwork spirit.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Assisting in the setup of machines and material preparation based on the process drawing and material picking list.
Responsible for performing the manufacturing job based on the internal QA checksheet and external customer specification requirements.
Take full accountability to reduce material wastage, machine setup time, and run time.
Support the TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) program and work towards reducing machine downtime.
Take full accountability for SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) duties and policies.
Ensure machine run time and product output meet the targets given by the supervisor.
Ensure the workplace meets the 5's housekeeping standard.
Perform daily production reports.
Perform overtime work when requested by the supervisor.
Responsible for personal safety and safe conduct as not to endanger others or company properties.
Accountable for the TPM program and responsible for improving equipment effectiveness.
Ensure the technical team carries out their routine duties based on the departmental KPI (such as reduce wastage, increase production, improve quality).
Any other responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time by the department head.

HISTORY
