Job Scope
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales.
Follow-up calls with buyers to find out their needs and wants in a home, then search properties that meet those needs.
Propose and buy a new home that meets the utmost satisfaction of the customer.
Follow-up calls with home sellers to find out why they are selling.
Arrange for the creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to generate business leads.
Support superior by coordinating with customers on appointments and processes.
Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling inquiries by phone.
Sensitive to customer feedback.
Research market trends and analyze the competitive edges of the team.
Suggest and create ideas to meet sales goals, and strive to meet month-end goals set by the Director.
Job Responsibilities
Demonstrated ability to assist senior management with any additional work as needed.
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and make new sales with customers, including add-on services.
Strong communication skills to create and distribute newsletters and memos to keep in close touch with all customers.
Stand out and be well-equipped with market knowledge to gain trust from potential clients.
Strong skills in organization, problem-solving, customer service orientation, and multitasking while being committed to excellence.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of working experience in the related sales industry.
Past sales experience is preferred.
Self-motivation and drive.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Good spoken and written skills in English and Mandarin.
Careful and attentive to the details of work.
Able to meet tight deadlines with hands-on experience independently.
Positive and optimistic character, able to adapt to change in the workplace.
Remuneration
Working 5.5 days from Tuesday to Saturday.
Support remotely from home, ability to work outside normal working hours or weekends and attend to the Sales Superior.
Leave: 12 – 14 days.
Duration: permanent.
3 months probation period.
Salary: MYR $2,500 – MYR $4,000 based on experience.
Commission incentive shall be offered after 3 months probation period based on performance.
