Manager, HR Business Partner at Hong Leong Bank BerhadWe are in the look for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager with strong project management skills and experience in handling HR projects, with exposure to Workday system.
The prospect should also be able to manage complex high profile to basic systems and process implementation projects.
Functional(job responsibilities)
Perform end-to-end project cycle from requirement gathering, functional and technical design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Develop, ensure quality, and maintain HR system features to align with business needs, including configuring Workday and integrating with other systems.
Produce functional and technical documentation for systems.
Collaborate across departments to identify and address existing process gaps, devise inventive integration solutions, implement them in Workday, and ensure compliance with requirements while upholding data security and integrity.
Design and optimize report and dashboard solutions in Workday, collaborating with HR and relevant stakeholders for enhancements.
Jobholder Requirements:
Education/Qualification
Degree holder in any field.
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of Workday Implementation experience, preferably in a project management role.
Experience in improving and setting up Workday features from: Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, and Compensation.
Familiarity with Learning and Prism is a bonus.
Other Requirements
Strong organizational skills required, including juggling tasks and setting priorities.
Good at managing people and coordinating tasks, including handling policies and documents.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Agile and able to handle constant changes through innovative thinking.
