Become a key member of our HR team, playing a vital role in optimizing our Workday platform to support strategic HR initiatives and a world-class employee experience.
You'll partner closely with HR subject matter experts and Senior HR Business Partners to ensure successful implementation of Workday functionality and empower informed decision-making.
Here's what this exciting role entails: Manage and maintain configurations for core Workday modules like HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Learning, and Absence.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective configuration practices.
Oversee Workday's Inbound and Outbound Integrations (e.g., EIB) to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity.
Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement efficient integration solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, maintaining optimal data exchange between Workday and other systems.
Partner with HR experts and business partners on system design, user experience, troubleshooting, process improvement, and testing.
Facilitate open communication to identify system challenges and develop effective solutions.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement workarounds.
Drive successful rollouts of new Workday functionalities within project timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions and leverage Workday's capabilities to optimize business processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented functionalities.
Prepare, deliver, and schedule impactful Workday reports to empower data-driven decision-making across the HR function.
Translate complex HR data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Partner with HR leadership to identify reporting needs and develop custom reports using Workday reporting tools.
To thrive in this role, you'll possess the following: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of recent experience configuring and troubleshooting Workday systems for HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Learning, and Absence modules.
Proficiency in creating and updating Workday Inbound and Outbound Integrations (e.g., EIB).
Experience designing, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday functionality to optimize HR processes.
Working knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures is a strong plus.
A passion for staying updated on the latest Workday advancements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
