Workshop Supervisor

Responsible to set up new production line with lean manufacture knowledge.Responsible to manage and lead a team of Production Operators in meeting production schedules and quality targets.Responsible to improve production process to enhance the quality and maximize the production efficiency and productivity.Responsible to ensure the department's activity conforms to health and safety requirements, including risk assessment, operating procedures, and the general policies and procedures of the company.Responsible to ensure good communication and working relationships with R&D, QC and engineering department.Responsible to repaired hydraulic pumps, couplings and gear trains.Responsible to ensure that stock levels are well maintained.Responsible to rebuilt faulty assemblies, including steering systems and linkage.Responsible in using high degree of technical expertise to provide technical instruction/training, supervision and demonstration within the workshop.Responsible for providing suggestions to management for improvements to the Department's operations.Responsible to set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.Responsible to maintain good relationships within the internal and external parties.Responsible to lead on projects, managing them through the workshop process directed by the top management.Responsible for budgets for the purchase of materials, fixings and fastenings and machine tools to ensure the smooth progression of projects through the workshop.Responsible to provide and supervise appropriate training to the operator in order to develop and maintain a well trained workforce.Company Vision To be the world's leading papermaking enterprise that is resource-intensive, environmentally friendly, and respected by the society.Bachelor's or Equivalent
