6434 - Production Planner

Job Description:
Responsible for production planning analysis and perform overall planning for order received and plan material requirement per shipment forecast.
Work out master schedule and weekly production plan to establish sequence and lead time of operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer order.
Ensure material availability for production, responsible for production and material planning and loading of job order as planning.
Collaborate with the production team to improve productivity and economy of scale by consolidating orders per run.
Monitor manufacturing schedule, analyze delays/interruptions and adjust production schedule to meet customer timeline.
Responsible to ensure the effectiveness and consistency workflow according to company ISO 9001 system.
