The company is located in Johor Bahru , and the actual working location is subject to the project.
Job Description: Supervise the operation and maintenance of construction machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Manage machinery deployment, ensuring efficient use to meet project deadlines and requirements.
Lead and train a team of machinery operators and technicians, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and performance reports.
Prepare and present reports using Word , PPT , Excel , and CAD to ensure effective communication with management and other departments.
Identify and resolve machinery-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring project continuity.
Required Qualifications: Solid experience managing construction machinery, with a strong understanding of machinery operations and maintenance.
Proficiency in Word , Excel , PPT , and CAD for reporting and planning.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with project stakeholders.
Responsible, proactive, able to work under pressure, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin , essential for communication with Chinese institutions and for operating equipment featuring Mandarin interfaces.
