YOUR ROLE
You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.
To support engineer on machine setup for engineering lot.
To support engineer on the data collection.
To work in 12 hours, shift or Swing shift.
To carry out predictive and preventive maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot equipment failures.
Maintain tool uptime to target uptime.
Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol.
Support the Tools installation as being required.
Assist Engineer in equipment troubleshooting & projects in any area of overall equipment efficiency
(OEE) improvements.
Work as a team member of an integrated team to maximize tool availability and process yield.
Must be able to understand priorities of work in progress.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Diploma holder in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronic or it's related field.
Proactive with good communication skills in English.
Must be able to work on 12 hours rotation shift.
Good logical thinking, analytical trouble shooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Good interpersonal skill, people oriented, and able to work independently
