Job description:
Set up and test machines at the start of shifts to ensure optimal operation.
Perform regular checks and testing procedures to maintain machine performance during production.
Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks.
Measure product dimensions to meet order specifications.
Ensure machines produce quality output through periodic inspections.
Handle machines during emergencies such as power outages or failures.
Follow plant safety guidelines, report incidents immediately, and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain detailed activity logs and update supervisors on progress.
Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 1 year of experience in machine operation or related fields; HVAC or ACMV experience is a plus.
Hardworking, proactive, and positive attitude.
