A&W Restaurant Manager/ Asst Restaurant Manager ( River City Kl )Education Requirements:Degree or Diploma in any discipline
At least 3 years experience in F&B management and a minimum of 2 years as Manager in charge
Good technical or SOP knowledge
Proven ability to uphold operations and company standards
Strong leadership skills with a passion for fostering a positive team environment
Proficiency in restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and manage the restaurant in achieving company goals
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient food preparation, service, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Maintain high standards for quality and consistency
Manage restaurant team to provide customers with the highest quality products and excellent service - CHAMPS in place
Management of restaurant float, petty cash, sales money, and stock; ensure cash handling and restaurant security policies are followed
Monitor and manage costs to optimize profitability
Drive Scorecard Performance and P&L Performance
Participate in all local restaurant marketing, training, and cleaning activities
Invest in the growth of your team members through continuous training and development initiatives
Uphold all company policies and standards
Perform other duties as assigned
