· Execute recruiting plans according to the budgets headcount.
· Monitor manpower budget and overall headcount of the company.
· Work closely with hiring managers on manpower needs, recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
· Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
· Coordinate interview arrangements between hiring managers and candidates.
· Interview candidates onsite and offsite.
· Perform reference and background checks for potential candidates.
· Utilize the internet for recruitment and post positions to appropriate internet sources (e.g., Jobstreet).
· Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
· Prescreen and review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
· Update the company website recruiting page.
· Manage the recruitment of interns and conduct exit interviews for all interns.
HR (Industrial Relations & Employee Relations)
Collaborate with security teams to develop and update branch security protocols, ensuring a secure environment for employees, customers, and assets.
Act as the primary HR representative for one NSKG branch, addressing HR-related inquiries, employee relations, and providing on-site HR support as needed.
Lead investigations for incidents reported across branches, including theft, harassment, safety violations, or accidents. Collect statements, review CCTV footage, and gather evidence to compile a comprehensive incident report.
Document findings and prepare detailed incident reports for HR and management review, outlining the investigation process, findings, and recommended actions.
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement corrective or preventive measures as needed, ensuring incidents are properly addressed and resolved.
Conduct training assessments to evaluate each employee's understanding and application of training material. Track progress in areas such as job-specific skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to company protocols.
Promote and maintain industrial harmony between the management and employees.
Counsel, make recommendations, and take constructive disciplinary actions under the human relations policy and procedures of the organization.
Manage employee relations issues (e.g., investigating employee and/or supervisor complaints regarding conduct, performance, or attendance, mediation between employees, monitoring diversity/equal employment opportunity program compliance, etc.).
Provide guidance, coaching, and counseling to HR and department leads to ensure the resolution of employment-related matters.
Manage assigned Employee Relations case management & investigations from intake through interview, transition, escalation, and redirection or closure in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and timely case files, documentation, and follow-up.
Provide guidance on the interpretation and administration of company policies, procedures, and programs. Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and services.
Promote a positive workplace environment through employee communication and engagement including implementing measures to increase employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction, while reducing turnover (e.g., employee engagement surveys, Townhall, The Tarik Session, People's Leader Meeting).
Prepare and communicate memos related to employee awareness on certain issues.
Assist in developing policy/procedure and all HR-related projects or systems implementation such as reviewing non-professional handbook, compensation & benefits survey, Training & development, etc.
Act as a representative from HR for internal & external audits, able to answer questions pertaining to HR scope of work including policy, grievance process, and validate if the current employee policy and handbook align with the Employment Act, etc.
Requirement
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
· Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources with 4 years' experience in recruitment.
· Creative and able to think outside the box.
· Professional working proficiency in two or more languages.
