We are seeking a talented and driven Property Management Executive to join our dynamic team at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur.
What you'll be doing:
Administrative Property Management:Coordinate property-related data specifically for the Klang Valley area. Collect, organize, and analyze property data across regions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Property Liaison:Communicate effectively with landlords to handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring a seamless leasing process.
Maintenance & Repairs:Oversee and monitor property maintenance, restoration, and repair activities to keep properties in optimal condition.
Expense Management:Manage property-related expenses, including rent and maintenance costs, to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.
Document Management:Archive and maintain property documents to uphold compliance and facilitate easy traceability.
Team Management:Supervise daily team operations and provide training to enhance professionalism, efficiency, and teamwork.
Process Improvement:Identify and propose strategies to improve property management processes and boost operational efficiency.
What we're looking for:
Good data analysis skills; ability to collect, process, and analyze property-related data accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with landlords, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Proactive, reliable, and dedicated to high-quality work.
Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel) and WPS.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Mandarin (deal with China counterparts), able to perform translation of documents from English to Mandarin or vice-versa.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve property management goals.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within the Klang Valley area.
