Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable.
Support in preparing financial reports and maintaining data for audits.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Purchasing Duties
Source and evaluate suppliers, comparing quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to optimize procurement costs.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure raw materials and supplies are adequately stocked.
Place purchase orders, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for reliable service.
Qualifications
Minimum:SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) with relevant experience or interest in the field.
Preferred:Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Certifications in Purchasing, Finance, or Administration will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and procurement processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
