Account Admin Executive

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum diploma and preferably with Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent;
Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia;
Self-motivated with positive attitude;
Required skills: Microsoft Office, computerised accounting software, such as UBS/SQL or equivalents;
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Filing and indexing of bills, invoices, receipts, vouchers and other source documents for recording purposes;
Perform recording of transactions using accounting software;
Prepare accounts in accordance with accounting standards and regulations;
Assist in preparing full sets of accounts and monthly management reports;
Assist in the preparation of reconciliation statements and accounting schedules;
Assist in the explanation of financial statements to users;
Assist on ad-hoc assignments in relation to accounts as requested by direct supervisor or manager;
