What you will be doing? (Essential Duties)



-Report to the Manager and handle daily administrative tasks.


-Tracking outstanding payments.


-Handle end-to-end sales transactions.


-Communicate with courier services for shipment updates.


-Keep track of stock inventory in the office.


-Help issue samples and oversee customs documents.


-Take on extra tasks as needed Manager and Head Office in KL.

; Requirements:-


-Candidate should possess an SPM or equivalent in working experience.


-Proficiency in Mandarin, English and and Bahasa Malaysia, is preferred for this position.


-A basic understanding of inventory management software, such as Auto count, will be a plus for this position.


-A full-time position is vacant in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
