ResponsibilitiesPerform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables and payables data.
Responsible for daily cash flow management including cash flow planning and payments arrangement.
Prepare payments for suppliers and ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting customers.
Liaise with site supervisor for daily sales, cash flow and stock updating.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and stock take report.
Assist in other ad-hoc tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
RequirementsAt least a Diploma holder in Finance/Accounts with a minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a related field.
Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Working location to be based at 10 Mile (Padawan), Kuching.
