We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account cum Admin Assistance to join our team at FYI BUSINESS SOLUTIONS SDN BHD in Gelugor Penang. This is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in supporting our accounting operations and administrative functions.
What you'll be doing Assist with general accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and record-keepingManage accounts payable and accounts receivable processesPrepare and process financial documents, including bank reconciliations and financial reportsProvide administrative support, including filing, document management, and general office dutiesLiaise with clients and vendors to resolve queries and ensure timely paymentsSupport the team with other ad-hoc tasks as requiredWhat we're looking for Fresh graduates are encourage to applyStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsProficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProblem-solving mindset and a commitment to providing excellent customer serviceWhat we offer
