Job Vacancy : Account Executive
Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,500
Location: Cheras, Selangor
Position: Full time
Responsibilities:
-To handle AP-supplier invoices data entry, payment, and reconciliation.
-To ensure the completeness of full accounting entries and supporting worksheets or documents for monthly accounts closing.
-To handle staff claims, prepare accounting journals and bank reconciliation.
-Prompt submission of monthly, periodical and ad hoc reports.
-To ensure all accounts transactions are updated timely and accurately.
-Organize filling system and manage documentation in proper record.
-Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
-Liaising with both internal and external parties including suppliers, contractor and other related party when needed.
-Maintain a proper record and update all related records of documents.
-Reporting to Directors, effective communication.
-Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
-Liaise with executive and administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
-Performing other relevant duties when needed.
-Travel to submit document.

-Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
-Minimum 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
-Knowledge in SQL Accounting Software
-Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
-Analytical, resourceful, organised, and able to work independently.
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Preferable to have own transport
-Able to start work IMMEDIATELY or within 2-week.
