Account Executive

Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to meet client needs.
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients and management.
Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for account growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales data, and client interactions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-5 years) in account management or a similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
