About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join us at SIN SOO HUP. This full-time position is based on Penang Island. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial accounting and reporting processes,ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
What you'll be doing
Handle full set accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, filing, data input and arrange payment/remittance.
Prepare financial reports for management's review of monthly financial results and other financial analyses as required by top management.
Oversee and manage company banking facilities and operational transactions.
Responsible for cash flow management; company fixed assets management ;
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and reconcile inter-company transaction.
Coordinate and liaison with internal & external parties - auditors, tax agent, company secretary and other government sector
Initiate process improvement to enhance administrative and developmental operations. Participate and support any ad-hoc functions and related tasks when required.
Assist in Admin related task such insurance, permit application, booking and fleet management.
What we're looking for
Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably within theAccountingindustry
Strong understanding ofFinancial Accounting & Reportingprinciples and best practices
Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently to meet deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
