### Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a motivated and driven **Account Support Assistant** to join our dedicated team in George Town, Penang. As an associate-level position, this role involves providing essential support in account management, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. ### Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide support during client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction.

- **Account Administration:**
- Manage and update client records and databases accurately, ensuring all information is current and compliant with company policies.
- Generate and distribute reports for account performance and client engagement metrics to management.

- **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to gather relevant information and assist in client presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring feedback is effectively relayed and addressed.

- **Problem Solving:**
- Identify and escalate client issues where necessary, providing solutions in a proactive manner to enhance client satisfaction.
- Analyze client needs and offer tailored recommendations that align with company services.

- **Sales Support:**
- Assist in coordinating sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales collateral, and managing client communication schedules.
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

- **Quality Assurance:**
- Uphold company standards for customer service and quality, ensuring all communications and transactions reflect positively on the UEM Sunrise brand.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service delivery methods.

### Requirements:

- **Educational Background:**
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- **Work Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account support, customer service, or a related field.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Driven: A self-starter who is motivated to meet and exceed targets.
- Energetic: A positive, enthusiastic approach to work that inspires others and enhances team morale.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Persuasion: Ability to influence others and achieve buy-in from clients and team members.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
