**Position Summary**
As an Account Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to our account management team. This part-time position is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented and capable of managing various administrative and operational tasks while delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth account processes and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Interaction:** Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner while ensuring consistent communication to cultivate strong client relationships.
- **Account Management Support:** Collaborate with the account management team to assist in the monitoring and management of accounts. This includes maintaining accurate account records, processing orders, and tracking service issues.
- **Data Analysis & Research:** Conduct thorough analysis and research to support account management efforts, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to help improve services and client satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Documentation:** Prepare and maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to account activities, ensuring all information is up to date and easily accessible. Develop regular reports for account performance metrics to assist management in decision-making.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting client accounts, offering resolutions based on established procedures, and escalating complex matters to senior team members when necessary.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork:** Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that enhance our operational processes and improve service delivery, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- **Continual Improvement:** Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies that can enhance account support processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

**Requirements**
- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years of experience in an account support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- **Personality Traits:**
