Job Description:

Petron Malaysia is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Account Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and support key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
- Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies and plans
- Handle any escalations or issues that may arise with clients
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Resourceful and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Strong people management skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
