Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Account Support Specialist to join our team at S P Setia Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting department. This is a part-time position with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate financial records.
2. Prepare financial reports and statements for clients and internal use.
3. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Provide support to clients with any accounting-related inquiries or issues.
5. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
7. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
2. 4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Resourceful and energetic personality traits.
7. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
