**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Account Management:** Assist in managing client accounts, addressing queries and concerns, and maintaining ongoing communications to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- **Administrative Support:** Provide administrative assistance to account managers, including data entry, preparation of reports, and organizing client documentation and meetings.

- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for clients; professionally handle inquiries via email, phone, or chat, and resolve issues promptly while escalating more complex matters to senior staff as necessary.

- **Project Coordination:** Collaborate with project teams to track project milestones and timelines, ensuring that projects meet deadlines; support the creation of project deliverables.

- **Reporting & Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system and assist in generating periodic reports to analyze account performance.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with various departments, including sales, finance, and project management, to ensure seamless service delivery and effective information sharing.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather client feedback post-transaction and communicate suggestions for service improvement to the management team.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in training sessions and team meetings; contribute ideas that can enhance current processes or services offered.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A diploma or degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, administrative, or account management role.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), familiarity with CRM software, and basic understanding of project management tools like Trello or Asana.
