### Job Description

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Account Support Officer** to join our dynamic team. ### Responsibilities

As an Account Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your daily activities will include, but will not be limited to:

1. **Client Communication:**
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients regarding their accounts, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up practices.

2. **Account Management:**
- Assist in the maintenance of client accounts, ensuring all account information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor account performance and assess any issues that may arise, proactively addressing concerns to minimize client impact.
- Prepare and deliver regular account updates and reports to clients, ensuring transparency and clarity in communication.

3. **Data Management:**
- Utilize software tools to analyze account data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights for improvement.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in accordance with company policies.

4. **Collaboration with Teams:**
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a unified approach to client account management, contributing to team objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions regarding client management and support processes.

5. **Research and Development:**
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive activity to inform account strategy and optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes that could impact client accounts or require adaptative measures.

6. **Problem Resolution:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, employing problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and discrepancies swiftly.
- Implement follow-up actions to ensure resolution satisfaction and reinforce client trust in the organization.

### Requirements

To be considered for the Account Support Officer position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

- **Education:** A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a customer service, account management, or support role, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure, adapting to dynamic situations with ease.
- Reliable: Demonstrate dependability in completing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high standard of work.
