### Job Description

AirAsia Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and proactive Account Support Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. In this part-time position, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients while fostering strong relationships that contribute to their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for addressing client queries, ensuring smooth account management, and collaborating with internal departments to deliver on our promises to our customers.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service.

- **Account Management:**
- Assist clients with onboarding processes, including account setup and service initiation.
- Monitor account activity and performance, ensuring that clients are fully utilizing our services and identifying opportunities for improvement.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues by collaborating with relevant departments to find effective solutions.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

- **Administrative Support:**
- Prepare and distribute communication materials, reports, and updates related to accounts.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources to help clients better understand our products and services.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancement initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights, ideas, and best practices to improve overall client satisfaction and team performance.

- **Sales Support:**
- Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services based on client needs.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations for clients as needed.

### Requirements

- **Educational Background:**
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.

- **Experience:**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer support, account management, or a related role. Experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus.

- **Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Malay.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Independent: Comfortable working autonomously and making sound decisions with minimal supervision.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Teamwork: Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment while also being proactive in taking initiative.
- Persuasion: Demonstrated ability to influence client decisions through effective communication and relationship-building.
