### **Job Description:**

As an Account Support Specialist at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, you will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional customer relationships and ensuring smooth account operations. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

- **Account Operations:** Monitor account performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Assist clients with onboarding, account setup, and routine updates as needed.

- **Problem Solving:** Identify clients' needs through effective questioning and active listening, addressing any concerns or challenges. Utilize creativity and innovation to develop unique solutions that address client issues.

- **Reporting and Analysis:** Prepare and maintain account reports, analyzing trends and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for account improvements and growth opportunities.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a cohesive approach to account management and to facilitate smooth communication among stakeholders.

- **Product Knowledge:** Continuously update and deepen product knowledge to effectively assist clients. Share insights and suggestions for improvements in processes and services that enhance client experience.

- **Feedback Management:** Gather and escalate client feedback to management, contributing to the ongoing improvement of services and customer satisfaction.

- **Training and Support:** Assist in the development of training materials and resource guides for clients, ensuring they fully utilize the products and services offered.

- **Client Retention:** Take proactive measures to ensure client retention, identifying potential challenges early and engaging clients with tailored support strategies.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident: Display a strong sense of assurance and decisiveness in client interactions.
- Dedicated: Show a commitment to client satisfaction and continuous improvement in account management processes.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box to resolve issues and enhance the client experience.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, proficient in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools).

- **Time Management:** Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
