As an Account Support Specialist at MISC Berhad, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and goals, providing tailored solutions and support that align with their strategic objectives.

2. **Communication and Coordination:**
- Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent support for clients.

3. **Problem Resolution:**
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide timely resolutions to client concerns.
- Use negotiation skills to mediate conflicts and enhance client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships.

4. **Account Management:**
- Monitor account performance metrics and prepare quarterly reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the sales team by coordinating account renewals, upselling opportunities, and new service offerings.

5. **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Gather client feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate in strategic planning sessions to enhance account management processes and client engagement strategies.

6. **Documentation and Record-Keeping:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and communications within the company's CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in managing client accounts.

**Requirements:**

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account support, customer service, or a similar role.
