Able to manage full set of accounts following accounting principles.
Prepare Monthly Management Report and Financial Analysis.
Ensure all documents are prepared, filed, and recorded properly and accurately.
Work collaboratively with other functional teams to understand business objectives and provide value-added solutions from an accounting perspective.
Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Support the finance team during mid-year closing and year-end audit.
Other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.Job RequirementsDiploma or Degreein Finance, Accountancy, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
At least 2-3 years of relevant work experiencein a similar role.
A hands-on, detail-oriented individualwith strong analytical skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication skillswith the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Required language(s):Fluent inEnglish, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia .
Mandarin speaking skillsare essential due to the nature of the job, including communication with Mandarin-speaking teams and clients.
Proactive and adaptable , with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of SQL accounting software is an advantage.
Willingness to travelto various workplaces for audit stock checks and site visits as part of the role.
