Accounts Assistant

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Product Costing and monthly stock valuation for accounts closing
Processing payment to sub-contractors and suppliers in a timely manner and performing reconciliation of Creditors Statement of Accounts
Prepare invoices to customers in a timely manner, matching documents, and submission of E-invoice to LHDN
Maintain an organized and proper filing system
Other ad hoc Finance & accounts related duties assigned by the Superior/Management.
Qualifications and SkillsLCCI Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment
Good in mathematics and possess analytical skills
Mature with a positive work attitude
Independent with good interpersonal skills
Must be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and also ERP Accounting System.
