Job Description
• Transaction Management: Execute and manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing and data entry.
• Month-End Processes: Assist with the efficient closure of monthly accounts and the execution of bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Inter-Company Coordination: Facilitate accounting procedures and reconciliations for transactions occurring between affiliated companies.
• Administrative Support: Provide meticulous support through precise data entry and systematic filing of documents to maintain organized records.
Job Requirements
• Educational Background: Possess a diploma in accounting or a higher equivalent educational qualification.
• Work Experience: Demonstrate at least two years of robust experience in an accounting role.
• Professional Abilities: Must be a collaborative team member who is self-driven, operates independently, and exhibits strong organization skills with a proactive and positive approach to work.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in both English and Chinese, capable of effective verbal and written communication.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with accounting software platforms, such as Peachtree, is required.
