Accounts Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesManaging day-to-day accounting transactions in accordance with approved accounting standards.
Handle full sets of account, including fixed asset listing, receivables, payables, general ledger and bank reconciliation.
Handle account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Monthly closing of accounts and generation of management reports.
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
Ensure that accounts payable is paid in a timely manner.
Manage and monitor all cash-related functions within the Company.
Liaise with auditors & tax agents on audit & tax matters.
Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the superior / General Manager.
Position RequirementQualification: Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
Skill / Competencies:Proficiency in accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Attention to detail, accuracy, good communication skills, and ability to work independently.#J-18808-Ljbffr
