Accounts Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesHandle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually or within a team;
Handle Month end closing for a portfolio of companies;
Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packages;
Handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing, AR processing and payroll;
Assist in preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards;
Undertake ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
Job RequirementsAt least 2 years experience in external audit, accounting outsourcing practice or accounting in business.
Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA or their equivalent.
Have clear thinking, committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skills, honest and resilient.
Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
IT skillset, knowledge of accounting software, RPA and other modern automation tools are good.
Position is based in Malaysia.
